I need a recipe for peanut butter fudge. Can you help me out?!

2 cups sugar

1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup peanut butter

Put sugar and milk in pan and bring to a boil. Boil two and a half minutes. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir just until mixed well.

World's Best Peanut Butter Fudge

INGREDIENTS
4 cups white sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
12 ounces peanut butter
2/3 cup all-purpose flour

DIRECTIONS

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish, set aside.
In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil, and cook 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Stir in the marshmallow creme and peanut butter. Gradually stir in the flour. Spread into the prepared pan, and let cool. ~*-*~

Oil a jelly roll pan or an 8"x8" pan.
Combine:
2 C. white sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 C. milk(whole) or cream
2 tblsps. light corn syrup
in a 3 quart heavy pot, stirring to mix well. Stir over medium heat until it boils, then cover and let boil for 2-3 minutes. Uncover and wash down the sides of the pot with a pastry brush dipped in cold water. Continue to boil over medium heat,without stirring, to the softball stage (234F). Put the pot on a cooling surface or rack and, without stirring, let the syrup cool to lukewarm (110F). Mix in:
1/4 C. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
and stir until thickened. Spread in the oiled pan. Cut when firm and store airtight.

butter 8 X 8 pan and set aside. In medium pan combine sugar and milk stirring constantly over medium burner until it starts to boil. Let it boil while stirring until it reaches 235 degrees on a candy thermometer (soft boil stage).
remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla mixing well. Pour into buttered pan and let cool until it sets up. (the last part you have to do quickly it sets up fast)

This recipe is the closest I've been able to find to my mothers. Unfortunately her's was one of the recipes that she carried in her head and took to her grave.

4 cups white sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 (16 ounce) jar peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, brown sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 7 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in marshmallow creme until well incorporated and melted. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth; spread in prepared pan. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Peanut Butter Fudge
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 to 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon butter
vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, optional
PREPARATION:
Put all ingredients into a saucepan. Bring to a boil and continue to boil gently until a little dab added to cold water forms a soft ball*. About 238° on a candy thermometer. Add peanut butter, butter, and vanilla; beat until the mixture begins to thicken. Add nuts, if using. Spread in a buttered loaf pan; chill until fully set and cut into squares.
*To Test for Soft Ball Stage
A small amount of syrup dropped into chilled water forms a ball, but is soft enough to flatten when picked up with fingers (234° to 240°).

Peanut Butter Fudge

Makes 32 servings

Ingredients:

1 pound powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Melt butter and peanut butter together in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and heat for an additional minute.

Mix powdered sugar and vanilla with peanut butter mixture.

Spread in 8x8 pan and chill in the fridge for about an hour.
