they just don't make ANYTHING like they used to.... it's all junk nowadays !

harrumph !

Southwestern Egg Rolls
Clothing (blue jeans were so simpler back in the day)
Hair Dues

Pot noodles I reckon, they are so tasteless now they arent any salt in them!!! lol xx

Cliches.

appliances - especially fridges

cars too

Bread
That stuff is like eating air now, I remember how nice and soild it was when I was a kid

Gas
Now we pay a arm and a leg for stuff that is worth what we paid for it in the 70's

gasoline

Honey, they don't make ANYTHING like they used to! Everything from cars to appliances to clothing has gone downhill as far as quality/longevity. But God Bless America anyway! We still have our freedom!

Cars-can't work on them at home unless you know how to fabricate plastic or program the computer chips.

It's true they don't make so many things like they use too but .........

just think of all the things we have that "we just could not do with out" (we think) that we did not have back then.

bobby c
yes, proud to be 55

Dilly Bars
Cars
Socks
Fishing poles
Rock n Roll

Appliances - My parents had a 25 year old vacuum cleaner and a 16 year old dishwasher that lasted until they were replaced by things that lasted only a few years. I'll be lucky if my new appliances last ten years and my vacuum cleaner already needs to be replaced.

Cars, like the old Fords. They used to be made like a tank, now it is all plastic.

Punk rock, it's all changed, and I don't know any of the names!

Cars----they're made out of aluminum foil now......just tap another, and your car is totaled!
