Yesterday we had a loin of haddock over a bed of rice, covered with Hollandaise sauce which was sprinkled with cheese and baked. Served with asparagus and grilled cherry tomatoes. Followed by brandied chocolate mousse topped with Courvoisier cream.
I made a little model of Bono out of kebab meat and boiled the irritating Jesus wannabe to death.

I had angus burgers on the grill with tomato and red onion.
Well yesterday I ate twice.. =)~
I went to apples bees with friends and I got the sirloin steak and shrimp with mash potato and onion rings.
Then at night I went to my boyfriends house and his mom cooked

I had spaghetti bolognese on Friday, cold meat, jacket potatoes and salad on Saturday, and pizza on Sunday. It was mediocre to poor.
My weekend was great thanks. I went out for a curry on the Saturday night and then cooked a roast dinner on the Sunday, roast potatoes etc. Ben and Jerry's Ice cream for afters..... Cookie Dough or was it Hagen wotsit!! It was nice anyway x
It was great. I was in the mood for cooking so here is what I made:

Well, Saturday we had homemade beef vegetable soup and yesterday we had chicken fajitas (I slow roast the chicken for 4 hours till it falls off the bone, then I season it with peppers and such) Yumm-O.
i made bangers and mash with gravy, best end of pork roast and chicken pot pie.
I cooked Chicken Chasseur with veg

I did not cook a thing we stayed in a nice hotel and had everything done for us for a change.
But i will be cooking a Lamb dinner tonight with fresh mint sauce mmmmmmmmmmm
On saturday i had chicken kiev with sweet potato chips and fried vegetables. On sunday i was lucky because my mum cooked a lovely roast chicken dinner...it was lush!
I made Italian sauce (meatballs, sausage, neck bones and short ribs) and manicotti(three trays of it.). Two trays were devoured but one remained and I had leftovers tonight and they were mega Yummy.
I was in Seaton, Devon for the weekend, being waited on hand and foot, I am always cooking so it made a good change.
The waiter wasn't bad either - maybe Spanish/Portuguese origin with lovely shiny dark hair and eyes as dark and as deep as the ocean.
Then he smiled and had teeth to match!!!
I have just started to cook indian food and am now addicted!!
I cooked Chicken korma, saag aloo, samosa's and chapati's. All of which was a success!

Sunday - Guinea Fowl with roasted potatoes, squash and parsnip. Carrots, Swede and Brussels and gravy - not good, Guinea Fowl was chewy.
