Answers: Very, very slowly. & Call me when It's done.

Chop up some roasting veggies, onions, garlic, potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, green beans, put in rosting pan. Rub roast with salt, pepper and thyme.put in pan with veggies, cover loosely with foil, back in a 350 oven 1 hour, take off foil, finish according to the weight chart on wrapper. Use the drippings to make a gravy.

I'd probably put it in my crock pot with a little red wine and some onions but it would also probably make a great stew cut into good size chunks and simmered for a couple hours before you put in the veggies.

crock pot it for a few hours, and then throw in some carrots and tators, and a bit later some celery, I like to take the middle baby celery stalks and cook it in my crock with the meat plus a onion, but as you know after 4 hours they are mushy I just discard,

salt and pepper also
