Why do toasters always have a setting that burns the toast to a horrible crisp,?!

Question: which no decent human being would eat?

Answers: which no decent human being would eat?

Setting the toaster on the highest is ment for really moist bread or frozen pasteries, dough. Usally there is a booklet when you get the toaster and it tells how to use each setting and what to cook in it.

its for animals. ( and indecent humans)

I guess my dad and husband aren't decent human beings. They like burnt toast. ;o)

Cause the device was created by people on Mars

My mum loves burnt toast. Don't know why.

actually some ppl like it that burnt, for what reason, i dont know.

Possibly meant for things other than toast that take a longer time to heat, or they planned on that initially so you don't need to buy a new toaster. Or they want you to always have a way to create a weapon from bread. Likely one of those answers.

Lol
Thats because people like their toast burnt well I mean a small porportion of people.

i dont know eh!! i feel the same way .... lol but i know why.... because some types of bread (or anthing suiteble to toast) somtimes need it up high to actually 'cook'

u'd think if ppl like the taste of charcoal, they'd just get a bag of that and eat it...

because the manufacturers are idiots

yea its mainly to cook other items, such as pop tarts or breakfast stuffed pastries, bagels and such, als more dense breads, like sourdough or other homemade thick breads

Tell me about it:-)
