Bisquick recipe?!


Question: This sounds stupid, but the box my Bisquick was in got wet in the basement and stuck tot he floor. The plastic was still sealed, sot he Bisquick is fine, but the box is gone and I need recipes off of it.

Would someone be willing to give me the recipes for shortcake and pancakes? I'd much appreciate it!

pancakes 2c bisquick original 1c milk 2 eggs

shortcakes 4c sliced strwberries 1/2c sugar 2 1/3c bisquick original 1/2c milk 3tbsp sugar 3tbsp butter or marg. melted 1- 8oz container of whipped topping thawed. oven temp 425 for 10-12 min.

pancakes:
2 cups Original Bisquick? mix
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs


1. Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 375°F; grease with cooking spray, vegetable oil or shortening. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.)
2. Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
3. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. To keep warm, place in single layer on cookie sheet. Cover with aluminum foil, and place in 200°F oven up to 10 minutes.
(Total time will vary; cook or bake time is per batch.)


High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Decrease baking powder to 1 teaspoon.



(strawberry) shortcake:

30 cups (7 1/2 quarts) sliced fresh strawberries
3 3/4 cups sugar
1 box (5 lb) Original Bisquick? mix (18 2/3 cups)
5 cups milk
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups butter or margarine, melted
7 1/2 containers (8 oz each) frozen whipped topping, thawed


1. In 8-quart bowl, mix strawberries with 3 3/4 cups sugar; set aside.
2. Heat oven to 425°F. In 6- to 6 1/2-quart bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, 1 2/3 cups sugar and the butter until soft dough forms. Spread evenly in 4 ungreased 13x9-inch pans.
3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly. Serve with strawberries and whipped topping.
Drop Shortcakes: After stirring, drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 450°F. For Drop Shortcakes, flatten dough slightly before baking.

Pancakes:
2 c. Bisquick mix
1 egg
1 1/4 c. skim milk

I use reduced fat, so there is no recipe for shortcake. I have waffles, biscuit, chix fingers, cheeseburger deluxe, and salsa chix fiesta.

1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 cups Bisquik

stir together & pour onto ahot pan/griddle

Burrito
Go to walmart
buy frozen burrito
wrap in wax paper
put in microwave
enjoy
