Ground Bison Recipes?!
Answers: Anyone have any suggestions for some ground bison recipes? I've got 2 pounds and I've read that the meat can be very fickle and dry out quickly.
Add 2 tablespoons olive oil per pound ground bison to allow a moist meat. Fix as you normally would for recipes using other ground meat. This is what chef's do with dry ground meats that we need to keep/make juicy.
Make it into meat loaf!! or blend it with some sausage to make it more fatty.
Actually use any good meatloaf or burger patty recipe. You might have to put more liquid in, but maybe just serve a nice brown gravy with it.
