make a nice cornbeef hash its simple to make all you need to do is peel and slice some potatoes, some carrots and and onion boil for 15-20 mins add some beef stock cubes and cornbeef simmer for 5 mins and serve hope this helps

Beans have a lot of protein in them, and no fat. I like any recipe with beans and rice.

I agree~ bean beans they're good for your heart, The more you eat them, the more you... well... you know

get frozen vegtables from grocery store ,some chicken, and make a stir fry dish. you could also use a precooked chicken.

I sometimes use the Quick and Natural Macrobiotic Cookbook by Kushi and Esko. Got it from Amazon. I used to eat macrobiotic food years ago, then slipped a bit when we had the kids, now I am trying to get back on it. Food and recipes are simple etc but the only drawback is tracking down somewhere that sells the stuff that the book recommends. But when I eat macrobiotic I feel so much better, really well, not bloated or stupefied, etc.

BAKED SALMON!!! takes about 20 minutes from start to finish. One serving typically has about 30-40 grams of protein (80% of RDA) and 350-400 Calories.

Few single foods bring as many valuable contributions to the table in significant quantities as Alaska salmon. It is an excellent source of high-quality protein, containing all the essential amino acids. Salmon contains vitamins A, D, B6 and B2, as well as niacin and riboflavin. Calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium and phosphorus are also present in appreciable amounts in this choice seafood. Salmon contains zero grams of carbohydrate.

You can usually find salmon fillets in the seafood section of your grocery store that are already marinated (bourbon is my favorite!)... just take it out of the package and put it on a lightly greased cookie sheet for 15-17 minutes at 375 degrees. Amazingly convenient and easy!

Salmon goes great with green snap beans, mashed potatoes, zucchini or a spinach salad!!
