Recipes for what? I mean, we could answer this question for weeks and not run out of different recipes...

The best brief answer I can give you is Better Homes and Garden's Christmas issue. Or go to your local library and check out one of the many, many Christmas cookbooks. Kraft.com has some good easy stuff.

If you're looking for special family recipes, or dessert recipes, or main dish/side dish/appetizer recipes, just ask. This question is pretty broad.

"Apricot-Glazed Pork Loin"

Ingredients-
3 to 3 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin
Seasoning salt to taste
1 jar (16 ounces) apricot preserves
1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
4 tablespoons water

Preparation-
Preheat oven to 325° F.

Moderately season pork loin with seasoning salt. Place pork loin in baking dish. Add 1/4-inch water to baking dish for moist baking. Prepare glaze by blending apricot preserves, balsamic vinegar, rice wine vinegar and water in food processor until smooth. Using basting brush, coat pork loin with glaze, reserving some glaze.

Bake 11/2 to 2 hours, or until pork is tender and juices run clear. Halfway through baking, brush pork with remaining glaze. Pork should be baked to internal temperature of 165° F.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

my favorites are greenbean casserole, candied yams, and au gratin potatoes. just remembering what mom makes.
