Homemade cracker dips and cheese ball recpies?!
Answers: and what is that bread with the hole in it?
Don't know the bread question but my wife makes a mean cheese ball. 2 bars of cream cheese soft ,1 bunch of green onions, 10 thin slices of corn beef, 5 shakes of worcestershire sauce, and about one teaspoon of garlic powder, mix together and shape into a ball. Nobody can resist my wife's balls.!!!!!lol

Tuna and cram cheese for cracker dip. 1-12oz. can of tuna, 8 oz. package of cream cheese, a small onion-diced, and 1 tablespoon of each of the following-lemon juice, worchestire sause, hot sauce, horse radish sauce, and seasoning salt(Lawry's). Soften the cream cheese and then mix all together. Drain the tuna. Serve cold! tastes better that way. You can adjust the amounts of the lemon juice, etc. to your loking. Great with any kind of cracker!
the bread with a hole in it is a bagel. just kidding. I assume you mean the round bread that gets carved out and filled with dip, soup, etc., which is typically sourdough. you can find them at you local panera in a couple different sizes. my favorite cheese spread recipe:
2lbs shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 bottle good beer, like sam adams
1tbls dry mustard powder
1tsp white pepper
as much tabasco as you like
a few drops of liquid smoke (or not)
10 splashes of worchestershire sauce.
blend all the ingredients except the beer in a food processor until the cheese starts to get smooth. slowly add the beer through the feed tube until the cheese mix is very smooth, with no visible bits of shreds remaining. NOTE: you may not use the whole bottle of beer. scoop out into a bowl and chill until firm, then if you like you can roll it into a ball and coat with nuts.
as Homer J simpson would say, "beeeeer. and cheeese. argle argle argle argle."
