Have you ever loaded a flour tortilla with ranch dressing, alfalfa sprouts, celery & carrots?!

Question: I've gotten hooked on this. Even added some leftover roast beef.

Hmmmm! Sounds like something that would be worth trying to me! Thanks for the idea!

Those tortillas have more calories than 2 bread and as many carbs.

Try roasted red pepper hummus, grilled chicken, Asiago cheese and microwave 15 secs...then add shredded lettuce and sliced onions...yum

that actually sounds freakishly yummy! at first i thought that sounded disgusting but i might go try it.....lol.yum!

No I've never had that but I LOVE sprouts!!

Just add a few slices of avocado. YUM

Well try this?
Portion of fillet steak, coat in flour salt and pepper, fry for a short time until it has a coat.
Put into casserole dish, then fry mushrooms, onions and add to casserole, then add can of tomato, add stock.
Cook for two hour es on a low heat.
In the mean time roast potatoes and cook veg, (your choice)
If you can not make this the best meal you you can ever have.
I can?
