How do I make Angel Food cake and shortbread cookies?!

Shortbread cookies, are great, I like the recipe from www.argostarch.com Its is the website for cornstarch and my favorite one is the orange and cranberry. Yummy. This is my most requested cookie with friends. The plain shortbread recipe is so yummy.

I would buy angel food cake mix.. it tastes just as good as angelfood cake from scratch. From scratch uses like a dozen egg whites, thats so wasteful throwing away all those yolks!
