How to cook a perfect pizza?!

Question: I use my OTG to bake the pizza at home. I prefer the cheese as light brownish like the one we get from pizzahut. But I am never able to make cheese brownish. Keeping for long time makes my pizza base become very crusty. What am doing wrong?.

To melt the cheese on the top, put it under the broiler for a few minutes. I have no idea what an OTG is either but in a conventional oven, the heating element is on the bottom when you bake. The top element is when you broil. So bake your pizza till its almost done then switch the setting to broil and move the pizza to the top rack and let it broil for another minute or so. To get a taste similar to a professional pizza oven, try using a pizza stone or making a brick oven. For brick oven, just lay a bunch of brinks in your oven and cover it with tinfoil, then get it real hot before you put your pizza on it.

Our ovens are always 800 degrees--not like your tiny home oven. Buy the pizza from a professional--you'll never get the same at home--stop wasting the energy. A pro stove cooks from the bottom and the top--your little oven cannot do that.

I dont know what an OTG is but if you want your cheese brown on the top, use a blowtorch
