I have caramel syrup. What else can I add?

1. Any creamy dairy product: whipping cream (the all liquid kind), kewl whip, spray whip cream, even vanilla yogurt is okay. Coffee creamer might even be interesting, but I have never tried it.
2. If you haven't eaten dinner yet, try them with pork chops. It's bomb.
3. If all else fails, try a glass of milk.

yogurt

cheese

cinnamon

cereal (you can put the cereal dry in a bowl, add the baked apples and yum! granola type cereals work great)

cinnamon

real vanilla bean ice cream!

hersheys syrup!

cinnamon and sugar. yum yum, you could always use oatmeal or graham crackers.

Pre-heat oven to 400F.
Beat together 1 cup ground almonds, 2 tbsp butter,
1 tsp clear honey, 1 egg yolk, & 2 oz dried apricots chopped.
Core 4 cooking apples, score a line around circumference.
Grease shallow baking dish, arrange apples in dish.
Divide apricot/almond mixture evenly between apples.
Bake for 45-60 minutes until fluffy.

I'd opt for vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Believe it or not rum and raisin ice cream goes great with baked apples, too. Drat now I have a craving for one.

If you've got raisins either stuff them in the apple while it's baking, or simmer them in just enough water to make them soft, then eat them with the apple.
