I got it...."Lemon Zest Crepes dusted with Powdered Sugar".
You have all the ingredients. Combine the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter & lemon zest ("a fine grating of the yellow lemon rind..do not use the white pithy part of the lemon.")
Find a basic crepe recipe (Google). They are really not hard to make and you have just about all of the ingredients on your list. If you can make pancakes...you CAN make crepes...essentially they are very similar. Hint: The crepe batter seems to work better when it's been chilled for at least and hour before you cook them. Good luck to you.

These are great cookies an will use the things you have.
Knuckle cookies:
Cream 1/2 lb. of butter and 1/2 cup of sugar. Add 2 egg yolks and blend. Add 2 cups of flour, blending thoroughly. Scoop approximately 1 large TBSP of dough and roll into a ball. With floured knuckle, press down into the ball and make an indent. Fill in with your favorite kind of jam. Place cookies on sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Yields about 2 dozen cookies. Enjoy!
