Q for U.S. cooks. Can I please get a recipe for Angels Food Cake.?!
1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
12 large egg whites
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Preheat oven to 325°.
To prepare cake, lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour and 3/4 cup sugar, stirring with a whisk.

See if your grocery store sells a boxed mix. I've baked an angel food cake from scratch and also baked several cakes from boxed mixes. Boxed mixes are soooooo much easier and are just as good. Hope you can find one......
