Asparagus. You can sprinkle it with olive oil, basil, garlic powder & broil it right along side the fish. YUM!

rice pilaf, yumm.

Any type of cous cous. Any type of vegetable, steamed or roasted.

Rice always goes beautifully with fish - try Rice Pilaf - I recommend "Near East" brand. They have several flavors - such as "Tomato Basil".

Also, you probably want a veggie. I love fresh green beans - just steam or boil them, and serve with a little butter, a heavy squeeze of fresh lemon, Thyme (the herb) and salt and pepper. You can also add slivered almonds for a little texture.

Yum!

asparugus....any type of rice (Uncle Ben's 90 sec rice...)...mashed tatoes....mixed veggies...hell almost anything !!

With fish I really like to make rice (plain white or brown) but use half broth (chicken, seafood, or vegetable) in place of half the water and add a sprig or two of fresh thyme. I also like throwing in peas & carrots (I usually use the frozen ones which I warm up in the microwave & then mix in the cooked rice).

Rachael Ray has a fantastic Lemon Thyme Rice in one of her cookbooks (You might be able to find it on Food Network's website). It uses the broth & thyme like I said above (that's where I got the idea for the thyme) but she adds lemon to it - just enough for flavor, it's not tart at all! Lemon always goes well with fish, if you like it.

Good luck - enjoy!

Broiled tomatoes and sauteed snow peas sounds great.
Add your favorite rice-if you like.
