Salads are boring!!!?!


Question: I'm trying to lose weight and I'm bored with plain salads, does anyone know of a carb free salad dressing recipe or any really good carb free meals?

Seems a bit extreme the whole 'no carbs' thing, your body might think you are starving it and go into shut down mode whereby it stores all fats......... anyway you didnt ask that so I will give you some ideas!
> basic vinaigrette: 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, drop in a tiny amount of sea salt and then VERY slowly whisk in about 2 tablespoons of olive oil (a bit at a time - you want it to emulsify). i think its carb free and that tiny amount of olive oil will be good for you! You can also add a tiny bit of crused garlic or a tiny bit of mustard to make it taste different.

i love Tuna Nicoise, its basically salad with loads of protein in it so should be low on carbs. good luck with the weight loss.

Try a home made dressing. Drizzle olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper over a salad. Its great.

Other foods:
Tuna fish
Fish
Baked Chicken
Fruit
Spinach bake
Tuna/Chicken wraps
Tacos (but use a low carb wrap)
Meatballs

theres lots of delicious salads,, chicken caesar, a delicious salad with avocado is also lovely too,

If you are eating low-carb, what are you eating? Keep in mind, whatever you eat to lose weight, shouldn't be a diet but a lifestyle to maintain your weight at your new level for the rest of your life.

If you go to Google.com and type in Low-carb diet, you'll find a wealth of information with recipes for you to eat. But, as another person responded, by controlling the quantity of whatever you eat, you'll have better control on your weight loss.

Also, if you type in low-carb foods, it will show you what is high in carbs and what is low so you can see exactly how many different foods you can still eat.

JUST SALAD N MEAT OR SALAD N CHEESE,


AFTERALL , CHIPS , POTATOES AND BREAD IS NOT SALAD

FOR SALAD I RECOMEND , white onion, red onion ( sliced so thin you can see thru it and pleanty of it ) , shredded iceberg lettuce, and thinly shredded red cabbage ( not pickled )


for sauce= real mayo mixed with mint sauce



just the salad with that sauce is beautifull ,

no gorgeous shropshire cheese or sirloin steak required
