Answers: I believe two of the vegetables are carrots and onions, though I may be mistaken.

The word you are looking for is a "mirepoix"

It is Onions, Carrots, and Celery. In that order, more Onions then Carrots a bit more Carrots then Celery.

onions, celery & bell pepper = The Trinity

idk what the name is but i love french food!!!!!!!!

I think you're right, plus bell peppers. Sorry, it's celery

Macedoine (pronounced "mass-ed-wahn") is made from diced carrots with green peas and chopped green beans nicely mixed and drizzled with melted butter; it looks best as an individual serving.

celery onion green pepper.... trinity

French cooking uses mirepoux-celery,onion and carrot. Creole cooking uses the Trinity-celery,onion and bell pepper.

i agree it is "merepoix"... 1/4 carrots, 1/4 celery, 1/2 onions...
