how could you eat a cute innocent little lamb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! j/k but I do think they taste gross.

Sacrifice it, drain it's blood and smite the door posts to your house with it. And cook the rest of it over an open flame and have it with bitter herbs. It worked in Moses day.

You can't go wrong with garlic and rosemary.
I saute lamb chops in a little olive oil with the above.

There are so many. Lamb is excellent roasted with garlic and rosemary or mint. Lamb stwe is made just like beef stew. Google Irish Stew recipes. Lamb chops are cooked like pork chops, but lamb can be eaten medium rare, medium or well done. I prefer medium well as it brings out the stronger gamy flavor. Or look up a soup called Scotch broth. It is mutton based, but left over lamb also works quite well. So many people won't eat lamb, but it is a delicious alternative, and if properly but not overly trimmed makes and excellent gravy. I like to make a roue then add mint and various seasonings. Lamb is also served with mint jelly, and is the main ingredient of gyros. Any celtic or greek recipe sight can give you excellent recipes. If roasting a leg of lamb, surround it with peeled potatoes. baste then and turn them over so they pick up the flavor of the meat while cooking.

Either lamb kabobs. Or Gyros, its a Greek sandwich that is kick ***. You can get a recipe for it on Food network.
