What are the dangers if any in cooking meat from frozen?!

Question: Refering from my last question.

Answers: Refering from my last question.

I worked in food for 5 years. All the meat we cooked was frozen. (Even at the hospital) But we did use a thermometer. So I would say as long as you cook it long enough there is no danger!

not cooking it through means that if there is bacteria present in there, then it can remain living.

be especially careful with chicken and pork. i would use a meat thermometer to be safe.

HTH

food poisining

undercooking the meat, and possibly getting food poisoning from a number of bacteria that could survive.

If it is not cooked through the danger is getting sick, if cooked properly there are no dangers, I've done it before. Invest in a meat thermometer and cook meat to 150-160.

I have no idea of the last question
and it is not worth the effort
