I have some whole chicken legs in the fridge that I need to use up, anything I can make that is quick & simple!

Question: I only have about an hour before we have to eat, so it needs to be something I can have on the table by then.
Thanks!

Dip them in some milk & eggs, batter with flour, throw in a skillet with oil or crisco and fry them up!

Season with salt and pepper!

I would just bake it with some season salt, throw a potato or a veggie with it, butter bread...waallla..dinner

that's so funny how people come to YAHOO! Answers to ask what they should make for dinner. Shouldn't you discuss that with your significant other or family members?

If you have eggs and grated parmesan, whip up the eggs, dip the chicken legs in them. Then dip them in the parmesan. Throw them in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or cooked. Quick, easy, tender, delicious!

I dredge them in flour and egg like you're making fried chicken and then bake them with buffalo sauce. You could use any sauce really. They're really good!

Put lots of sunflower in a pan to get really hot. Put salt and pepper on the chicken legs, cover them with egg, flour and cornflakes. Fry them. They are ready!

i make buffalo wings because drumettes are to small.

Salt and pepper then. Put in a cooking bag and throw in some barbecue sauce. Voila! BBQ chicken.

No barbecue sauce, use soy sauce and sesame seeds if you have them.

Back for about an hour at 400.

Bon Apatite

All you gotta do is this:
you get an onion and bellpepper. chop them up...dice them or you can use the frozen bags of seasoning mix. pour some peanut oil or even vegetable oil in a pot like a magnalite pot or a deep skillet. Season your chicken legs with salt, red pepper, garlic powder or whatever seasonings you like and put it in the hot pot and brown your chicken. stir or flip the legs occasionally, they may stick a little, add a little bit of sugar to make it glaze over to a caramel color. Once the chicken is browned enough, throw in your onions, bellpeppers etc. and brown those two while the chicken legs are still in there too. Once that's browned enough add some water to that just enough to cover the legs. Throw in one or two chicken or beef boullion cubes and let simmer for about an hour on a med heat. Cook some rice and voila!!! You have Good ole smothered chicken with rice and gravy. While it's simmering, every so often stir and taste the gravy to make sure it's salty enough. good luck.

GARDEN CHICKEN LEGS

chicken legs
green peppers
onions
butter
tomatoes
Parmesan cheese
oregano
pepper
mozzarella cheese

Melt the butter in a medium frying pan either on the stove or on the grill.
Fry the chicken until tender. Chop up the green peppers, onions, and tomatoes and add the oregano and pepper to taste (about 1 tablespoon of each).

Pour this over the chicken and cook about 20-30 minutes until marinated in the sauce it makes.

Top with the cheese and let it brown.
