What is the most unusual dish you will cook for Thanksgiving?!
Answers: Will you share your recipe? My family would love to try something new. Thanks.
I am in Seoul, Korea for Thanksgiving, so we will make glass noodles with veggies... called "chap chae"...
My family cooks a very traditional meal, but we're cooking our sweet potatoes in a way that is new to us. Here's the recipe:

Pinon Pie
Make like light pecan pie, but sub pinons for pecans.
well, usually we have turkey with cranberry sauce or gravy.
and a nice pumkin pie for dessert,
i guess its not that unusual but it sure is good!
:P
Sorry...but that is the ONE meal of the year that remains completely traditional.
I am an adventurous cook, but I live all of the tradition of Thanksgiving, and feel i is almost sacred!
That said, I did eye up a maple glazed turkey in the latest Rachel Ray Every Day magazine. You can probably find it on her website.....it was absolutely beautiful!
