Anyone have a good recipe with a lot of hot and spicy peppers in it?!

Question: Short Ribs with Garlic and Ginger

INGREDIENTS

3-1/2 Lbs. beef short ribs
1/2 Cup beef broth
4 to 5 Garlic cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 Tspn powered ginger
2 Red hot cherry peppers, left whole with stems removed
5 Tblspn light brown sugar
1 Cup of water
1/2 Cup catsup
2 Tblspn red wine vinegar
1 Large onions, sliced thin
2 to 3 tblspn vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

In large skillet, brown short ribs on all sides in hot oil. Remove ribs when browned. Add onions to skillet to make tender and to absorb pan juices.

Place onions in bottom of crock pot and add ribs. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs, cover pot. Cook in crock pot set at medium temperature* for at least 7 to 8 hours.

Makes 6 to 9 servings. Even better the next day.

Serve short ribs with garlic and ginger with hot buttered egg noodles and whole green beans. If you have time try it with small boiled red-skin potatoes and sweet peas. Add biscuits or corn bread and a simple green salad. Two or three medium sized sliced sweet potatoes with these short ribs, make a nice side dish.

Ribs

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
2 Tablespoons chili powder
3 Tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 pounds pork spareribs
3 sheets ( 40 inches x 18 inches) heavy-duty foil

DIRECTIONS
Combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Rub all of it onto both sides of ribs. Stack the three sheets of foil and place ribs in the center. Bring opposite long edges of oil together; fold down several times. Fold the short edges toward the food and crimp tightly to prevent leaks. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling. Grill, covered, over indirect heat and medium-low coals with meat side down, for 45 minutes. Turn and cook 45 minutes longer or until meat is fork-tender. Remove ribs from foil and place on grill rack. Grill, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until crisp, turning once.

A FLAMING HOT POPCORN
1/3-cup oil
1 habanero pepper
1/2 cup popcorn
Cut habanero pepper in have ( I hold by the stem not to get the some my hand)
In a Small saucepan, slowly warm oil and habanero pepper for about 3 minutes , remove habanero pepper and be sure you get all the seeds out or someone will get a nice HOT surprise.
Pop your popcorn in this oil; most of the popcorn will be hot, but not all.
Tortillas are delicious cooked in this oil; I have even used this in salad dressing.
If you like things with a bit of heat this is the way to go.

I tried using jalapenos with no success, it didn’t taste very good
