I didn't think I liked spinach at all until I tried it raw. It's delicious! (I feel the same way about peas! They are wonderful raw, you eat them right out of the pod like candy! They are awful every other way.)

There used to be a restaurant here that made an incredibly good spinach salad. It had spinach, canned mandarin orange segments, pine nuts, and some light dressing, probably some kind of vinaigrette. I think that's the best thing to do with spinach! But it's also good in just a regular green salad.

Knorr has a very good recipe for spinach dip also have you tried adding spinach to scrambled eggs I really like that

If you eat eggs you could make a quiche.

Buy spinach already washed in the bag- the kind you can microwave. Microwave it for 2 minutes. Put it in a bowl, top with some butter , salp, pepper, and a bit of nutmeg. Delicious!

I like to sautee fresh spinach in a little olive oil with golden raisins and pine nuts. It's simple and so freakin good!!

Here's a good one for cheesy spinach:
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup (If you don't do chicken try substituting cream of celery or mushroom, it will still be good!)
2-3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Garlic powder and black pepper.
Cook the spinach and drain THOROUGHLY (I squeeze it with a spoon in the collander.)
Stir in the soup over low heat and slowly add the cheese until melted.
Season with garlic and pepper.
Enjoy!
