1440 divided by 60 = 24
so, 24 batched of that particular recipe........
So what are you asking? Do you need to triple the recipe or what?
to make your recipe more precise or accurate, i always measure my ingrdients thru GRAMS using weighing scale.
i assume in your recipe you can make 5dz (60pcs) carob cookies and your asking how many recipe do you need or bake to make 1,440 pcs? am i right?
well, 5 dz cookies is equivalent to 60 pcs.
if you need 1,440pcs cookies, you need to mix & prepare 24 recipes of this cookies.
to show you how to do it:
1,440cookies divide by 60cookies/recipe = 24 times mixing
if you have 4 or 5 quarts electric mixer, you can only mix 2 recipe at a time so you will needing to mix 12 recipes.
2 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour (1 1/4 + 1 1/4 = 2 1/2 )
1/2 teaspoon salt ( 1/4 + 1/4 = 1 )
1 teaspoon baking soda ( 1/2 + 1/2 = 1 )
2/3 cup butter ( 1/3 + 1/3 = 2/3 )
2/3 cup honey ( 1/3 + 1/3 = 2/3 )
2 egg ( 1 + 1 = 2 )
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla ( 3/4 + 3/4 = 1 1/2 )
1.6 cup chocolate chips (4/5 =.8 * 2 = 1.6 )
2 cup chopped nuts ( 1 + 1 = 2 )
