Answers: I have been making chocolate for a couple of years now, and want to step it up a bit. I have seen some amazing chocolate designs (follow the links to see what I mean), and was wondering if anyone had any tips for how to do something like this at home?
Thanks SO much!

The images are done with what is called a chocolate transfer sheet. Basically the image is first printed with food coloring or colored cocoa butter on a plastic sheet, then the chocolates are made with either a magnetic mold or a dipped item is placed on the sheet. Once the chocolate sets up the plastic is removed and the image is left behind.
Custom commercial transfer sheets are expensive, but there are many places that sell pre-printed ones.

You can make your own sheets using silk screening but it's not easy. You can use the blank plastic sheets for hand painted work as well using colored coaco butter or chocolate as the paint.
Good luck
i would use an airbrush and stencils, i,vie used this to do chocolate paintings in food competitions, temper your chocolate normally, die to the color you want , when using light color use white chocolate, background first darkest colors also first, i cut the stencils out of sil pat or cardboard good luck
