Sharp cheddar cheese

Paprika

Texas Pete Hot Sauce

Oregano and Basil

Any one or all of the above are really good

put ketchup on them.

that's what i do.

it's yummy.

Get some pepper jack cheese to spice them up.

Red pepper flakes

Spicy Scrambled Eggs
* 3 eggs
* 3 tablespoons margarine or butter
* Tabasco or your choice bottled red pepper sauce
* 3 hot banana peppers
* 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
* Small handful cheddar cheese
Heat margarine or butter in hot skillet. When melted break eggs in skillet along with chopped peppers, onion, and pepper sauce. Cooking until still a little runny, then toss in cheese. Cook, stirring, until melted, place on plate and add more pepper sauce to taste-I like it so I put more on myself.

Tobasco, bacon bits, cheese, sweet or green onions.

cheese salt pepper

dry mustard or worsteshire sauce

I like fresh Thyme in mine

I add a little jelly with each bite. To me it is delicious. I've used ketchup, hot pepper corn, chopped up fried onions. Chopped up (fried) green pepper.

Nobody mentioned garlic?????

try some Paul Newmans pineapple salsa!! The best!!

You can add anything you want one of my favorites is to cut up roast beef into bite size pieces, I sautee onions and mushrooms on the side, then add it to the eggs, and roast beef already cooking. and then Top with swiss cheese. It is so yummy on toast. It even tastes great with A1 on it.

Add some chopped scallions or chives! Thats my favorite way to make them! Also - a little heavy cream and cheese is nice too!

Add a tablespoon of cream cheese to two eggs and a tablespoon of water (the water will exapnd when heated and fluff up the eggs). Maybe some pepper, garlic pwowder, and scramble the eggs in butter.

put some veggies in them
or put them on toast with jelly
or put garlic salt on them
or cook sasages previsly and then mix them in
YUMMIE!!!!

I make mine with a dab of sour cream, salt & pepper and cheddar cheese on the top---PERFECT-O! :)

I sometimes add sazon (it also gives it a nice color) or adobo.

Sauteed mushrooms and onions

Sauteed red or green peppers

Scallions
