you can make a spanish omlette with the potato,eggs and chopped up celery,and use your ryvitta as a desert with peanut butter and pear and banana sliced on top.I should save your soup for another day.Oh you can also drink your milk with your dinner.

make a banana smoothie and some scrambled eggs. Have some celery sticks with peanut butter dip for dessert.
Break the eggs in a bowl.
Mix in some smash. add a bit of milk.
Whisk.
Pour in hot skillet.
While cooking, saute chopped celery in seperate pan.
When omlet is done, flip onto plate and pour the selery on top.
In a blender add ryvita, pear, banana, and more milk.
Blend until smooth
Heat tomato soup in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.
Toast 2 slices bread (If you have)
Smear one with margarine
Smear second with PB
Set omlet on the table.
Put the bowl of soup next to it.
Set down a glass of the ryvita smoothie
Put the bread on the plate.

OK, cook the tomato soup for starters.
Chop up the celery, & saute in some margerine.
Mix 2 eggs with milk & potato powder.
Stir in softened celery, & fry a potato pancake.
Spread some peanut butter on the ryvita.
Drink a glass of the milk with your meal.
Have the fruit for dessert.
