Green Beans, You can take some bacon, chop it up and put it in a pan and let it cook a tad, as you go chop up some onions and put it in there as well and use fresh green beans or you can just throw some green beans in and let it cook till' the bacon looks done. Throw in a little bit of salt and pepper and there you go.

You can also make green bean casarole which you take, two cans of green beans, one can of mushroom soup, 1 cup milk and dash of salt and pepper, throw all this into a glass dish. Throw it into the oven on 350 for 25-30 minutes, when done take some french onions (come in a can), throw on top and bake for another 5 mintues and your done. Really good.

Gravy? Using boullion cubes is the easiest, like chicken or beef gravy. Just get a small pan out and fill half with cold water, throw in 4-5 cubes (better tasting) and add about 3-4 tbl. spoons of flour. Heat it up to a boil, turn off and serve.
Don't forget to stir constantly to keep gravy from sticking to pan.

Do you mean runner beans?. For a quick and easy meal I chop an onion, a few cloves of garlic and fry with olive oil. I add the beans (after top and tailing them) fry a few minutes then add a tin of tomatoes. Salt & Pepper. Let it cook until beans are tender.

It's an easy and delicious vegetarian meal.

Just go to any store and buy one of the French's French Fried Onions(located right next to the canned green beans!) and get the recipe off of the can, if I remember right all you need is a can of green beans, - maybe 2?- a can of cream of mushroom soup, some milk and the french fried onions to top it of. Good luck, hope you like it.
