What munchies have you made yourself tonight?!

Question: After a couple of glasses of wine I craved crisps, didnt have any and cant drive to the garage due to the wine, so sliced up some spuds and made my own, with sea salt and balsamic vinegar - oh my god they were so gooooood!!! What efforts have you made for your late night munchies?

well I do a lot of cooking so after a few I tend to go a little crazy....last night was bangers and mash. Wednesday night I made a huge pot of clam chowder. But on the spud theme, I usually slice them like 1/4"- pan fry them in some olive oil and top them with what ever I have in da fridge...I have a certain weakness for goat cheese, the crispiness on the outside with a nice tender soft inside and a little twang from da goat cheese....I think I'll have to try your idea though....maybe my potatoes with your sea salt and balsamic. Thanks for the inspiration.

Pickled onion flavour Transformers are unparalleled munchie fodder.

Anyone who disagrees should be shot dead.

Key Lime pie - Mmmmm it was gorgeous xxxx

My brother came in from the pub drunk and fell asleep in the chair. I robbed most of his chips muhahahaha!

I'm going to cook chicken rice and peas and I might even make some gravy if I feel like it.

Pork Pie with hp sauce

I made some homemade...emphasis on homemade... garlic cheese breadsticks!!!

Unfortunately none, but I feel a bit queasy having just scoffed four of those Cadbury's chocolate mini-rolls with strawberry jam & cream centres. By God they were good at the time but now.........?

I had warm apple pie with strawberry ice cream over it. Freakin yummy!!

I didn't actually have any last night just had my dinner and that was it

I made these raspberry pine nut bars which I am very proud of. Its like a fruit crumble but in a bar...delicious!
