What temp. and how long does one cook a 4lb pot roast?!
Answers: Slow cooking is best. 275F/140C/gas mark 1 for 3 to 4 hours
Usually the rule of thumb for any meat is an hr. per lb. :)
Usually at 325 to 350 for an hour per pound
40 minutes per pound at 375 will get you medium/well cookage.....

internal temp = R = 140F ; M = 160F ; W = 170F
