Precooked crab legs... what to do?!

Question: I got some king crab legs from the butcher at the supermarket. He said that they are already cooked. They feel kind-a frozen. I put them in the fridge. How do I prepare them/heat them up? I am a vegetarian, these are for my fiance. I want them to be ready when he gets home instead of having to ask him what to do with them. Thanks!

Here's what I do: Fill an injector with seasoned, melted butter or a BBQ sauce that he likes. Inject the butter or sauce into the legs -- it's easy to do this at the joints. Place the legs on a grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning them once.

Just steam them until they're heated through.
Most of the legs you get at the supermarket
are already cooked.

That's what we had for supper tonight: King Crab Legs and butter!

Rig up a steamer w/ the widest pot w/ a lid that you have. I use a wire cooling rack and wedge it in the pot, not touching bottom. Fill bottom w/ 2" hot water, arrange crab legs on the rack, cover w/ lid, and turn heat to high. Steam about 15 min.

We find kitchen shears (scissors) the best way to get into these spiky jokers!

As the others have said, just steam them. Make some garlic butter to dip them in.

Steam until hot & serve with claryfied butter.....
