Does anybody know any special recipe....?!
Answers: ... for home made mash potatoes? Something that's a little different than the conventional, yet just as good if not better.
Dirty Smashed Potatoes.
Try it with the small round red potatoes. Boil. Smash them leaving the peel on (hence Dirty). Add butter & Milk (ever how much you like) Add salt & pepper to taste. Add some garlic powder to taste and top with fresh green onions. Ohhhh soooo Goood!
Cut down the amount of butter and add crumbled blue cheese such as Gorgonzola, Great Hill Blue, Roquefort.
yes it is very simple u must get Hungry Jack mashed potatoes and follow the recipe. When u r done mixing before put some red spice and a ton of onions add the time in the microwave by 1 minute and onions will let out juice that juice will add a kick into ur mashed potatoes. Then it is ur choice if u want to keep the onions in or out the juice is already in them.
I boil the potatoes as usual, and strain them. Add butter and milk or cream, then grate in some fresh garlic and fresh parmisian cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Excellent!
1 1/2 lbs yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered length-wise
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 Tbsp heavy cream
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp milk
Salt and Pepper
1 Put potatoes into a saucepan. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add water until potatoes are covered. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15-20 minutes, or until done - a fork can easily be poked through them.
2 Warm cream and melt butter, together, either in microwave or in a pan on the stove. Drain water from potatoes. Put hot potatoes into a bowl. Add cream and melted butter. Use potato masher to mash potatoes until well mashed. Use a strong spoon to beat further, adding milk to achieve the consistency you desire. (Do not over-beat or your potatoes will get gluey.) Salt and pepper to taste.

We love "Loaded Baked Potato" Mashed Potatoes. Just prepare your mashed potatos as usual. Add everything you would add to your baked potatoe...sour cream, cheese, bacon, and chives. Place in baking dish, sprinkle top with additional cheese. Bake in oven until heated and cheese melts.
OK, get you some white potatoes wash them really good but do not scrubb to hard to remove to the peel completely, put them in a pot and bring to a boil... boil until soft.. emplty the water and dump the potatoes into a large mixing bowl, add some butter.. the real stuff...not that fake i can not believe it butter stuff... mash them up very well... get you a small container of sour cream, salt and pepper, about a tbs of garlic... mix it all together with a electric mixer... for a little extra flavor fry up some bacon make sure the strips are good a crisp... crush and mix with the other stuff.. ..(key to mixing... you want to keep your the consistency of your mash potatoes to about what you have with instant mash potatoes.. do put to much sour cream in there or you will have runny mash potatoes.... i have a really nice receipt for potatoe soup if you like...
