this going to sound a little weird..but if you have just one of those single serving apple sauces you might be able to make brownies...

all it takes is:
one chocolate cake mix...the whole bag
the single serving apple sauce..bout 1/2 cup
15 oz canned pumpkin

put it in the oven at 350 for bout 30 mins (stick a toothpick in it and if it comes out clean then you are ready to roll)

it goes into a 9x13 pan

it is on weightwatchers.com they are delicious and really good for you, i highly recommend them

I would have to go with making the brownies, but before placing in the oven swirl some already made pudding on the top - bake as followed. Oh yeah, and for extra delight - throw some chocolate chips in the batter as well. Good luck~

Pumpkin Pie Fudge
1 cup milk
3 cups granulated sugar
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
dash salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
4 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine milk, sugar, corn syrup, pumpkin, and salt in a large pan. Cook over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly. When mixture comes to a full boil, reduce heat and simmer until mixture comes to the softball stage. Remove from heat. Beat in cinnamon, allspice, margarine, and vanilla. Cool, then beat until thick and mixture looses it's gloss. Spoon into buttered pan and cut into squares when cool and set.
For this I think you just need some vanilla and corn syrup.

Make your brownies and put the powdered suger over them and then serve them with pudding.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

To make a pie dough :
2 cup of flour, 1 cup of cold butter, 1/2 cold water and a pinch of salt.

Cut the butter up. In a large bowl add the flour and butter. Use your finger and rub the butter and flour together, until the flour mixture become course. Add the pinch of salt in the cold water. Add a little water at a time, until the right consistance for a pie dough. Roll out and lay onto a pie pan, cut the extra dough off. Chill in the fridge until filling is ready.

Mix a can of pumpkin, brown sugar, pumpkin spice, milk, and flour to make a pumpkin pie filling. There is usually a recipe on the can of pumpkin puree.

You could also do a chocolate chips oatmeal cookie, but you'll need baking soda and baking powder.

Also, Chocolate chip brownie and add a little cinnamon to it, it comes out very good.

i hope that ideas can help you.

I always make this dish for Thanksgiving, you can even substitute the nuts for the chocolate or not use either one at all, either way it's delicious... it's the perfect dessert and always a crowd pleaser! Good luck

If you use pumpkin purée from a can you might get a stronger pumpkin flavor than using Halloween pumpkin. Jack-o-lantern pumpkins are raised for their durability more than for their taste. But if you have a sugar pumpkin, butternut squash, or a Japanese kabocha pumpkin, those cook up deliciously. The spices make this quick bread quite tasty, and the squash helps the loaf stay deliciously moist. It's a lot like a pumpkin version of banana bread. Yummy and easy to make.

1 1/2 cups (210g) flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup (1/4 L) pumpkin purée*
1/2 cup (1 dL) olive oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 cup (1 dL) chopped walnuts

* To make pumpkin purée, cut a pumpkin in half, scoop out the seeds and stringy stuff, lie face down on a foil or Silpat lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F until soft, about 45 min to an hour. Cool, scoop out the flesh. Freeze whatever you don't use for future use. Or, if you are working with pumpkin pieces, roast or boil them until tender, then remove and discard the skin.

1 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Sift together the flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda.

2 Mix the pumpkin, oil, eggs, 1/4 cup of water, and spices together, then combine with the dry ingredients, but do not mix too thoroughly. Stir in the nuts.

3 Pour into a well-buttered 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes until a thin skewer poked in the very center of the loaf comes out clean. Turn out of the pan and let cool on a rack.

Makes one loaf. Can easily double the recipe.

You have plenty to make a dessert with. There is a few things you could do. My first thought was Pumpkin gooey cake (Made by Paula Deen recently on Rachael Ray's talk show) and then there is www.Allrecipes.com that has recipe searches by ingredients you list. You may have more in your pantry that you could use, but I don't know. Good luck to you!
