Fresh turnip greens..I want to freeze them.should I cook them fully and then freeze or just partically cook?!

Question: fully

Answers: fully

Just freeze. Don't bother cooking them at all. Cooking them and then freezing may result in them being mushy when you go to thaw them out.

Only partially. You want to heat/finish cooking them once unfreezed.

Freezing them ussually damages the cells in the plant, making it mushy, so i suggest to just freeze them
