It's lunch time!?!

Question: What sounds good to you?!! I love grilled chicken, fish, and turkey (I have all). Also have whole wheat tortillas, salad, tomatoes, leftover sloppy joe meat, cheese, and lots of other stuff. What sounds good out of all of this? Or what other ideas do you have?! Best answer award so keep the ideas coming! Because I'm feeling generous right now=]

I would roll the sloppy joe meat, some cheese, and some diced tomatoes into a tortilla (or 2), as for a burrito. Then bake this at 400 deg for about 15-20 minutes, until crispy and browned on the outside. It will be very tasty.

I had pizza and chicken fingers :)

Honestly, a good old turkey sandwich with mayo and lettuce with a side salad and tomatoes with cheese grated over it sounds delicious to me. Wish I had that much of a choice lol. Good luck!

I would melt some cheese on top of a piece of grilled chicken and have a small salad with a couple of slices of tomato. yummmmmmmm.

Sounds like you have a deli right there in your kitchen! I'll have the grilled chicken with mayo, lettuce and tomato on a toasted roll, please.

I'd like a grilled chicken and sliced tomato quesadilla. All the melted cheese on the tomatoes and chicken. MMM, hits the spot. Maybe a good glass of herbal iced tea with it.

my favorite lunch is grilled chicken cesear salad

cut up the chicken-- cook it to your liking, mix it with the salad and tomatoes in your favorite dressing. sprinkle some cheese and put it all in a whole wheat tortilla as a wrap :) quick, easy, healthy and delicious.

I LOVE grilled chicken wraps.

*Heat the tortilla in the microwave for 45 seconds, between two slightly damp paper towels to keep moist*

*Squeeze ceasar dressing on wrap and add grilled chicken, salad, and tomatoes*

*Roll, cut asymmetrically, and enjoy!

Also, you can make....

Sloppy Joe Quesadillas

*Place tortilla in a lightly sprayed non-stick skillet on low heat*

*Put sloppy joe and shredded cheese and tomatoes on tortilla*

*Flip it and brown on the other side, firmly pressing down to flatten tortilla*

*Cut into four triangles and enjoy!!*
