If i put apple puree in muffins, how do i change the recipe so they don't go soggy?!

Question: Pick similar ingredients to remove. I would take out a small amount of flour and sugar and a large amount of water. Look up the amounts of sugar, fiber and carbohydrates in an apple. Subtract those amounts from the weight of the apple. Take the resulting weight and subtract it from the amount of water or milk in the recipe. Subtract the amount of sugar from the amount in the recipe. Subtract the amount of fiber and carbs from the amount of flour in the recipe.

In practice, I would do something like: take out a half cup of water and two tablespoons of flour and two tablespoons of sugar for every apple.

There's not much fat in an apple, so I wouldn't remove any fat from the recipe.
