Did Lipton Recipe Secrets discontinue their Herb & Garlic product? Not in store but stil on their site.?!

Question: I have used this product for years for making roasted veggies and I am expected to serve it on Thanksgiving. Can't find out if it's discontinued. Would also buy it online if there are any left.

Im as dissapointed as you about this situation. I loved that product and used it in my meatloaf and roasts and roasted veggies.
I dont understand why theyd remove such a quality prduct but perhaps they werent selling as much as they thought they should be.
so ill be keeping watch on the answers you recieve.
somthing ive been doing to replace it is I roast my own garlic (place whole bulb in tin foil with 1-2 tbs water ,leaving foil loose around the bulb crimp it tightly at the top then bake 350 for 40 minutes. cut in half and squeezthe garlic out. I then mash it with a little olive oil and add thyme ,sage and rosemary.add to this 1 package of the lipton soup mix and use like you normaly would.
good luck ><>

I purchased several boxes of this soup, believe it or not, on Amazon.com. It was $2.50 per box plus shipping. Since I use it often, I'm glad to be able to still get it someplace! Report It

  • Yes it's still available at my local Kroger store.

Anytime I'm stocking my pantry for holiday cooking I make a list & go to Kroeger to get my hard to find ingredients.
