Our toddler just had what we had...pasta, salad, meat, fish whatever...they can eat all of those adult foods at two. It sbest to get them into normal food rather than catering to them too much....I used to just put the food out in an attractive way...or make it into a face.

when my kids were toddler they loved easy thing like grilled cheese and veggies or chicken nuggets with some veggies.

I always gave my children a small version of what we're having. Don't salt your veg when cooking it and they will be fine.
Some examples;
roast meal, chicken curry (mild korma); lasagne, chicken and chips, stir fry, spaghetti and meatballs, anything like fishfingers or chick sticks, but with potato and veg or rice rather than chips, spaghetti or sausage and beans on toast, omlette, a bowl of rice pudding if it's just a lunch, the list is endless - just think of what you would like and simplify it or make it smaller.

He can eat really anything you eat you just need to have it smaller. Mac-N-cheese mixed with chili is really yummy.

i ate what my parents had and i know many parents who also do that

pb&j..cut up apples and cheese slices, carrot sticks and chicken bites....children of that age like finger food and tend to "graze" rather then sitting down for a big meal..

Our son eats whatever we have for dinner.

so just make due with what you have or but cheap knock off stuff

my kids eat whatever my husband and i are eating, They are only picky if you let them be picky.

Let them eat what you eat. If your eating something that they could choke on, say a hot dog, instead of cutting into round pieces like most people do, cut into strips.

At 2 years old, my kids have always eaten what we eat, with the exception of spicy food nights. Then, I always had a Gerber Graduates on hand. But, for the most part they can always eat some version of what we have. If the problem is a picky-eater, get that habit kicked now or you will regret it later!

My kids just LOVE macaroni/cheese but, I like to add vegatable puree's to it to make it more healthy..Or saute some ground beef and add to mac/cheese... My kids also like tuna fish added with minced onions frozen peas....

I also add veggie puree's to spagetti sauce and finely chopped carrots, green pepper, onions and mushrooms... You can even add zuchinni.... Just add it to food processor and dump into jarred sauce....

My kids LOVE mashed potatoes I add sweet potatoe puree to regular mashed potatoes....

My kids also love pancakes... So, I use bisquick..

2 cups bisquick
1/2c-1 c. milk

2 envelopes of instant flavored oatmeal (brown sugar/cinnamon is good) made according to pkg. directions (cool)

2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. of vanilla
1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
1/2 c. of unsweetened applesauce OR 1 ripe banana mashed
1/4 c. of brown sugar or less if desired...

Mix wet ingriedients... beaten eggs, vanilla,applesauce/banana, brown sugar and slowly add oatmeal... Mix throughly

Mix dry bisquick, cinnamon.... combine wet/dry but DO NOT overmix !

Make on griddle no need for syrup... freeze very well....

good luck

1 standard-sized bagel, cut in half

Utensils:

Spread tomato sauce on each bagel half.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese all over the tomato sauce on each half.
Add your favorite toppings.
Put a light sprinkling of seasonings on each half.
