What else can I add to my salsa recipe. More of anything, less of anything, add anything??!

Question: Is there anything I can add or take away from my salsa recipe. I asked earlier but didnt get the kind of response I was looking for. I am going to make another trip to the store and need to know if I need more of anything, or can add anything to my list.

So far I have:
1 Habenero Peppers
5 Jalepenos (Probably wont use them all)
4 Large Tomatos
1 White Onion
Cilantro
Salt and Pepper

I am kind of thinking I might need more tomatos, but I bought 4 or the largest tomatos I could find. What else can I add. Oh and I will be using a blender as well.

I would add the juice of one lime andwith 4 tomatoes, start with just the habanero and taste it first- sometimes one is plenty!! Add the jalapenos- one at a time, until you get the right taste.

Roasted peppers are better- char the peppers over a burner ( I use a fondue fork) and turn untll blackened all over- scrape off the black parts, take out the seeds, and chop before adding to the salsa!

I would get more tomatoes and some green bell pepper. Also I like garlic in my salsa, if you do add the garlic make sure you add some then taste it and see if you need more.

I always add a touch of sugar & maybe some lemon juice. It's really a to your taste type thing.

I think you should add more tomatoes. It might be overly hot.
You could add a clove or 2 of garlic. Maybe some chicken or veggie broth. You could also boil all the ingredients before hand for an interesting touch. then blend. I would also add some red pepper maybe a little vinegar and some sweetner. A lime too could work.

I would add fresh garlic, green onion, a touch of cider vinegar and juice of one or two limes. I would try the habanero only, at first. You can always add more peppers if it's not hot enough.

I would add some garlic and more tomatoes. I also add chopped avocado to mine and sometimes some mango chopped up. It depends on what you are serving it with.
I don't process mine because I like it chunky.
The avocado one goes well with fish and the mango one goes well with chicken.

The only thing that I can see that you might want to add is some lemon juice, garlic, chili powder and maybe cumin.

add more tomatoes and try adding mangos into the recipe. it will give it a little sweet and zesty taste

rosemary
tomatoes

I would add lemon or lime juice. I like to add jicama and cucmber to mine. You can also subtitue Mangos for Tomatoes. It is so good by its self or over some fish and chicken.
