Amazing how nobody so far has truly read your question. You will want to weight the bird in fully thawed state... A frozen bird will actually weigh slightly more then if thawed, due to the excess water retention.

Step on the bathroom scale, weigh yourself, then weigh yourself with the turkey. The difference will be the weight of the turkey. No, I have never gotten one without a weight label. Good luck with the cooking, hope it is delicious.

It should be labelled. Phone the store you purchased it from tell them the cost and ask the weight.

Do you have a bathroom Scale?

just weigh it on there....
Or ask someone who has a scale you could sit it on to weigh it.
Hope this helps..

It has to be labled, if not look at the price per pound , and you can figure it out from there. Also for cooking time, from the thickest part of the bird, you temp range should be from 161. to 180. pull it out wrap it in foil, let it sit for 20 mins.
