Need some hors d'ourve ideas...?!

Question: We are hosting a guy's poker party/girls "hen" party on Saturday and I need some appetizer ideas. There will be 20-30 adults and the guys are all big eaters...
Here's what I have so far:
sweet and sour meatballs
cream cheese rollups (w/jalapenos)
bacon wrapped weiners
and the basic chip and dip combo and veggie tray
I would like to serve at least 2 more items. Recipes would be appreciated, thanks.

My mom would make in a crockpot cut up kielbasa/smoked sausage and dump a bottle of Heinz 57 chili sauce and a can of crushed pineapple with the juice.. Let that go in the crockpot....

Then you can use the meatballs add some spagetti sauce and make meatball sandwiches/subs... *Just get hoagie rolls/hot dog buns...

I also like taco dip.. A very, very easy recipie and it can sit out...

1 can refried beans
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 softened brick of cream cheese
1/2 c. of sour cream
1 jar of salsa
16 oz bag of finely shredded cheddar cheese

mix the refried beans with taco seasoning and spread into glass pie pan or shallow bowl...

combine cream cheese/sour cream.. Layer ontop of beans

Pour salsa on top of cream cheese/sour cream layer.... Top with cheese.. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours/overnight....

Serve with tortilla chips......

shrimp/cocktail sauce is easy....

chicken wings (deep fried or bar-b-q)
grilled/pan fried pita with hommous
Spinach pie (you can buy this or make it; search for Spanikopita)
Deep fried olives stuffed with feta
Bruschetta

How about spinach and artichoke dip? Here is a good recipe:

It serves 12, but considering you'll have so many other munchies, you probably won't need to double it. My suggestion would be to serve it with toasted french bread slices that have been rubbed with a clove of garlic and drizzled with olive oil, then broiled for a min or two.

chicken wings .......mmmmmmmm

bacon wrapped pork medallions with garlic mustard butter

stir all ingredients together.Wrap in waxed paper and shape into stick shape.Chill while pork is cooking. Before serving, cut into fourths and top each pork medallion.

Method:
Cut tenderloin in 8 slices (medallions) approx. 1 to 1-1/4 inch wide. Place two slices together to make pork "mignons". Secure with toothpick. Repeat with remaining prok medallions and bacon. Season both sides with salt and pepper and spray lightly with cooking spray. Broil or grill per directions below. Remove wooden pick; serve with garlic-mustard butter (recipe above)

Broiling:

preheat broiler to 500 degrees. Broil about 4 inches from heat source for 7 to 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.

Grilling:

Preheat grill to 400 degrees. Place prok mignons directly over high heat. Close grill lid: grill 6 to 7 minutes per side or until internal temp. reaches 160 degrees.

Something sweet would be nice. Try a chocolate fondue -
Mix 1 can Hershey's syrup with 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk, and a dash of salt. Microwave on high for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes, and stir after 2 minutes. Stir in 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Serve warm with pretzels, marshmallows, fruit, cubes of spongecake, graham crackers, etc.
