Mix the cream cheese,pudding mix and cool whip with a mixer in large bowl and pour into a graham cracker crust and chill about an hour and you will have a delicious pie.
DOUBLE LAYER PUMPKIN PIE
2 (4 serving size) pkgs. Jell-O vanilla cook and serve pudding and pie filling
1 1/3 c. milk or half and half
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. milk or half and half
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
Combine pudding mix and 1 1/3 cups milk in large saucepan. Cook on medium heat until mixture thickens and comes to full boil, stirring constantly with wire whisk. Remove from heat. Stir in pumpkin and spices using wire whisk. Cook and stir on medium heat until mixture returns to boil. Remove from heat. Let stand 20 minutes or until almost cool, stirring occasionally. Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust. Spread cooled pudding mixture over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with additional whipped topping and nuts, if desired. Yield: 8 servings.
BANANA PIE
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
4 c. milk
2 pie shells, cooked
Bananas
Cool Whip for topping
Mix softened cream cheese and a little milk. Beat until smooth. Add remaining milk. Add pudding mix and a little vanilla flavoring. Mix well. Cover the bottom of pie shells with sliced bananas. Pour mixture over bananas and chill. Top each slice of pie with Cool Whip before serving.
LEMON PIE
2 sticks margarine
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 lg. size Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. coconut
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk
Use a 9 x 13 inch pan. 1st Layer: Melt butter (mix by hand) with 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Spread in ungreased pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. 2nd Layer: Mix 1/2 of Cool Whip with cream cheese (softened) and 1 cup powdered sugar. Sprinkle above layer with coconut and pecans. 3rd Layer: Mix 2 large boxes of lemon instant pudding with 3 cups milk. 4th Layer: Use remaining Cool Whip, sprinkle 1/4 cup of coconut and 1/4 cup chopped nuts. REFRIGERATE 1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING!
