I have friends coming over for thanksgigving and i need help!i need recipes!!!?!
Answers: One of my friends can't have nuts, another can't have dairy products, and one can't have wheat. i need ideas of what i should make!
Well if you're trying to be the nicest friend and accomodate everyone try:
1. Cutting the nuts for hordevours and in the stuffing.
2. No Wheat - don't make stuffing make a really good wild rice and instead of cooking with water use canned chicken broth..
3. Dairy.........easy - what do you really need dairy for? unless you plan on making the Durkee Green Beans...the Campbells mushroom soup has dairy....so instead - quick boil the beans for only 5 min max. Put them in a baking dish - add diced tomatoes, some minced garlic or garlic powder and a bit of your favorite fresh herb minced. Put in a 350 oven and bake until they slightly wrinkle and brown just a bit (p.s. this is ok to do to beans - they don't have to be shiny and perfect.
Hope this helps!
