The recipe below, what can I replace the white wine with (or can I omit it all-together?)?!

Question: 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 cans (6 oz. each) crab meat, drained, flaked
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Horseradish Sauce
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Answers: 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 cans (6 oz. each) crab meat, drained, flaked
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Horseradish Sauce
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce

In this recipe, you could omit it and you won't miss it at all. The quantity of wine is small, and the horseradish and hot pepper sauce will give it plenty of falvor. If it is too dry, add a bit more horseradish sauce or a bit of mayo,

You could use chicken broth... or just plain water....(which is what I would do)

You can omit wine altogether.
