Another question about Collard greens.....?!

Even if they're whithered, they'll be fine to cook. All that's happened is some of the water is out of them, and you'd have to cook that out anyway. Be sure to wash well, and cut out the thick center stem, or the greens will be bitter. If they get dry before they're tender, just add a bit of water to the pot, no prob.

I love my collards, cooking them tonite myself

If they haven't turned yellow or wilted thet should be fine.

If they aren't whithered and dry. If they are a little wilted revive them in ice water.
