HELP! I need to know how to make Key Lime Pie by tomorrow?!
So does anyone have a good recipe for key lime pie?
Answers: I need a nice homeade key lime pie by tomorrow. I promised my soon to be mother in-law to get some, planning on just getting a frozen one. But I was talking to her yesterday and she was like I hate it when people just stick stuff in the oven for thanksgiving.

Regular limes can be substituted for Key limes for a variation on this treat. This no-bake recipe uses a graham cracker crust, which is as tasty as it is easy. Makes one 9-inch pie.

Splash Of Lime Juice
Splash Of Cream, grahm crackers, sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks
Steps
1Step OnePreheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2Step TwoMix together graham cracker crumbs and butter in a bowl.
3Step ThreeUse fingers to press crumbs over bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan. Try to distribute crumbs evenly.
4Step FourBake for 8 minutes.
5Step FiveRemove from oven and allow to cool.
6Step SixCombine egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well.
7Step SevenAdd lime rind and lime juice, a little at a time.
8Step EightPour into graham cracker crust.
9Step NineRefrigerate for about 4 hours or until filling has set.
10Step TenWhip the cream, and spoon it on top of pie
Key Lime Pie
1 tablespoon unflavored geletin
1/2 cup cold water
4 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
2 tablespoons Angostura bitters
grated peel of one lime
9" pie shell - baked
whipped cream for topping
Place geletin in the cold water and let dissolve. In separate bowl
beat together egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar, lime juice and salt. Cook
in double boiler until mixture coats a spoon. Remove from heat.
Add geletin mixture. Add bitters and lime peel. mix until thick.
beat egg whites and 1/2 cup sugar until stiff peaks form. fold
into egg mixture. Pour into baked pie crust. Chill. Spread with
whipped cream before serving.

Key Lime Pie
A Best Restaurant Dessert Recipe
Preparation time: 15 minutes. Serves 6-8
Ingredients:
Juice from 2 Key limes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 egg yolks
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
One 9-inch baked pie crust or graham cracker pie crust (as in picture) or chocolate crust
Grated chocolate or chocolate curls or chocolate lace for a garnish or lime slice
Instructions:
In a mixer or by hand, beat first 4 ingredients together
Fold in the whipping cream
Pour into the crust of your choice, mounding towards the center
Garnish with grated chocolate or chocolate curls or chocolate lace and/or very thinly sliced lime sections

Very easy recipe, and turns out amazing:
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup key lime juice (most grocery stores will sell bottles of it if you can't find fresh key limes)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 graham cracker crust
Mix together the eggs, lime juice, and condensed milk. Pour it into the crust and bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
I think the recipe calls for some lime zest as well, but I normally make it without it and it turns out fine so don't worry if you don't have any.

EASY KEY LIME PIE
INGREDIENTS
5 egg yolks, beaten
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with whipped topping and garnish with lime slices if desired.
