Does anyone have recipes for cream cheese/cream soup dip?!

Question: A few years ago I made a dip/spread using a mixture of cream cheese and a can of cream soup. The dip was delicious and I would like to make it again but unfortunately I lost the recipe . I originally found the recipe on a cream soup can lable. I recently went on the websites for "Philly" cream cheese and "Campbells" soup to locate the recipe but didn't find it. Has anyone made this dip and can post the recipe here? I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
