Do I have have to use dried cranberries in turkey stuffing, or can I use fresh?!

I would use dried only because fresh may add too much liquid to your stuffing, unless you cut them up and drain the juice well.

I would put them in a food processor to chop them up a bit.

Do cut them but also decrease the amount of stock you add or it will be soupy
